These terms govern your use of the H&M Transportation Services LLC ("H&M Transportation," "we," "us") website. By using this Site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
This Site provides information about our fleet and services and lets you request a quote. Actual reservations and payment are handled through our third-party booking platform, MyLimobiz, which has its own terms separate from this Site.
Cancellations and changes are accommodated where we're able to, subject to the advance notice required for your vehicle class:
Same-day bookings add a $25.00 fee to the regular fare, subject to availability — on short notice, a reservation can't be guaranteed. Reserved time is billed in full even if not all of it is used. Your driver is available at the time you requested; extending the service or the time is possible if we're available, at an additional charge. For hourly trips, travel time is billed at 30 minutes each way, or the actual travel time if greater.
Concerts, sporting events, weddings, and point-to-point reservations are subject to a minimum booking length by vehicle class:
Arrowhead Stadium requires a 6-hour minimum. Parking passes are not included in the transportation fare — please provide one at the time of service, or any parking charges incurred will be added to your bill.
A quote requested through this Site is an estimate. Final pricing is confirmed when your reservation is booked.
You agree not to misuse this Site — including attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at scale, or submitting fraudulent quote requests.
The text, photography, and branding on this Site belong to H&M Transportation Services LLC and may not be reused without permission.
This Site links out to third-party services, including MyLimobiz for booking and Google Maps for address lookup. We aren't responsible for those services' content, availability, or practices once you leave our Site. See our Privacy Policy for more on how those services are used.
This Site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, H&M Transportation isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This doesn't limit any liability that can't legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
