Terms and Conditions

H&M Transportation wants to provide you with classy, reliable, and safe ground transportation. Please read our agreement carefully; by booking our services, you are automatically accepting our terms and conditions. 

Credit Card Processing Fees: Our Company is committed to offering the convenience of credit and debit card acceptance while also maintaining our competitive pricing. Payments using a Credit or Debit Card will incur a 4% processing fee per transaction. We will continue to offer other payment methods, including Cash, Venmo or PayPal, which carry no additional charge. 

Cancellations or Last-minute changes: Our company spends money and time scheduling a driver for your reservation. Late cancellations or changes for airport trips take away the opportunity to serve other customers. For this reason, cancellations (Sedan or SUV) should be made at least 24 hours and changes 4 hours prior to the pickup time. Full price contracted will be charged in case the cancellation is done less than 24 hours prior to pick up time or in the event of a NO SHOW. All cancellations must be sent via text or email to hm.transportationkc@gmail.com. We are not responsible for flights that are missed, cancelled, delayed, weather, double booking, family emergencies, missed connections, wrong dates, information, or other problems that result in failure to follow our cancellation policy. SPRINTER VAN requires at least a 5-day cancellation to avoid any charges. 

Early/Late Bird: Any trips after 11:30 PM and before 4:59 AM will incur a $15.00 fee added to your regular fare. 

Extra Charge: Parking, tolls, extra stops, or Indirect routing will also result in an additional charge. 

Waiting time fee: Will be applied after 15 minutes at the vehicle's hourly rate, in 15 minutes increments. 

Airport: Pickups with greet and assistance inside MCI will incur a $3 Airport fee charge for commercial vehicle parking. If after your arrival you do not see your driver, please call or text (816) 288-7007 or email hm.transportationkc@gmail.com. Failure to do so before departing pick-up location will result in a NO SHOW charge. We always wait an extra 30 minutes after the flight arrives before we release our driver. 

Hourly: Our policy requires a minimum reservation of 2 hours for any event. Events at Arrowhead Stadium (Football games, concerts, etc.) will require a reservation of minimum 5 hours. The reservation includes the parking fee. All hourly trips passed 15 minutes will be rounded to the next half hour. Additional fees like fuel surcharge may apply. 

Deposit: All hourly trips, Sprinter van or Stretch limo, require a minimum of 30% deposit of the full price contracted. The renter has 24 hours, after the reservation is made, to cancel and receive a full refund, due to any reason. After 24 hours, any deposits (cash or credit card authorization) will be non-refundable without exceptions. Remaining balance will be charged the same day of the trip. 

Prices/Rates: Prices are subject to change without notice (Concerts, NFL, MLS, MLB, Etc.) Holidays and busy weekends. The industry standard gratuity for a driver is 20% and will be added-on to all reservations. Additional tips are welcome but never required.
